"I used to use "Carpet Care Specialists" and he would do a great job cleaning then use the brush/rake also. You are the first company that compares to him. (He sold company about 4 years ago.) Appearance neat and clean employee. Conciensous and explained how process works. Answered my questons without becoming impatient. The carpet looks and smells clean and fluffy appearance from brush/rake. Equipment in good working order. Uses cleaning scrubbing covers so no cross contamination of germs from other jobs. You have affordable prices also. Your employee said I may purchase the rake/brush as well as spot remover from you when I asked if I can buy them somewhere. He said he'd be happy to drop it by if I want them. He offered to help move a couple small pieces of furniture if I needed him to. Which no other company would help me out.
